Terms of Use

The rules for using this clinical reference tool

Last updated

April 2026

By accessing or using Inhaler Database (the "Service"), you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Intended audience and clinical use

The Service is intended solely for use by qualified healthcare professionals as an educational and informational reference. It is not a substitute for clinical judgement, a product monograph, a prescribing-information document, or advice from a treating clinician. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not establish any clinician–patient relationship.

Always verify doses, indications, contraindications, interactions, and device instructions against the most current authoritative labelling before prescribing, dispensing, or administering any medication.

No warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the information current and accurate, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Service or of the information, products, or services contained on it. Medical knowledge and product labelling change frequently; content on the Service may be out of date at any given moment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operators, authors, and contributors of the Service shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or reliance on, any content on the Service — including, without limitation, damages arising from clinical decisions made with reference to the Service.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other user's access.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems.
  • Do not use automated means to scrape, harvest, or republish the content in bulk without prior written permission.
  • Do not misrepresent your professional qualifications when relying on the Service for clinical decision-making.

Intellectual property

The layout, design, original text, and compilation of data on the Service are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. You may view and take brief excerpts for personal clinical reference. Redistribution, commercial use, or the creation of derivative works requires prior written permission. Product names, brand names, and trademarks referenced on the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

External links

The Service may link to third-party websites for reference. Those sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.

Privacy

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
